I'm stuck, I had a 2021 Macbook Pro I sold and time machine it to a 2015 macbook pro , now the most important Program FINAL CUT PRO will not run on my 2015 as it is running the latest version that needs at least Ventura to run it.... I have been searching for a way to go down to a older Version for FCP without losing all my past data, library's and Projects or if I can update the Mac OS from Monterey to Ventura. Any advise where I can find a way to do either ??

Great video ! Heres a tip ! So when I installed the Open Core Patcher and it went the reboot where you hold Option. I connected to the Wifi when I was going to Install Sonoma ! And then an error came up saying something was wrong with the Installer . So dont connect the wifi when installing Somona at the start up if anyone has trouble with that ! THANK YOU !

Hopefully this still works I’m finna try now… (Update: Lord I was scared because when it got to the point of downloading the Monterey to my hard drive it was saying it couldn’t at first. So I ended up pressing the space to go my recovery one then pressed install Monterey and now it’s downloading. Now just to pray everything was saved when I erased my disk💀) Another Update: So I have the macbook pro 2012 15’ and I’m trying to download the monterey. But everytime I try to download to my hard drive it gets stuck in the middle and never installs and it’s like I’m going through this loop. I tried the NVRAM reset but then afterwards it would show up a circle with a line through it. So I powered it off pressed options to get back to the screen of trying to download Monterey on my harddrive and it’s still not installing. Even the shift and enter doesn’t help. Any suggestions?? (Another Update: Finally it worked and now I’m running on the Sonoma😌)
